Life coaching is a realistic, creative approach to understanding and realizing potentials, and creating healthier and more satisfying personal and professional relations. You can figure out your own alternatives, choose your own answers, you will take action towards fulfillment. It’s purpose is that you learn to identify and clarify what you want from life, the goals for a new life, to stay focused, always in control. You will remove self-limiting behavior and have a work/life balance, have health and peace and will be happier being in a more fulfilled place within yourself.
A Life Coaching client will be engaged in self discovery, setting goals and taking steps to a richer life. It is you, the client, who is the expert in your own life and engaged in the discovery of your wants, needs, what and where you want your life to lead. The Life coach engages you on your discovery with action-packed questions. You, the client, is the one who fulfills your part in your journey.
